Lead Generation
that answers the phone

Roofing, flooring, real estate and home services. A form fill from someone three states away who never picks up is not a lead — so we do not count it as one, and we do not bill you for it.

The difference

Most lead-gen reporting
measures the wrong thing

Cost per lead is easy to make look good. Widen the radius, loosen the form, drop the qualifying questions — CPL falls and the report looks like a win. Meanwhile the crew is calling people who wanted a different service in a city you do not cover.

We report cost per booked appointment. It is a worse-looking number and a far more useful one, because it is the only number that connects to revenue.

  • Calls tracked, recorded and reviewed for quality
  • Contact rate and qualification rate reported weekly
  • Service-area targeting matched to actual crew coverage
  • Disqualified leads flagged and fed back into targeting

Verticals

We already speak
your customers' language

Five years across these verticals means we are not learning your business on your budget.

Roofing

Storm-response campaigns that spin up inside hours of a weather event, plus evergreen inspection and replacement funnels that keep crews booked through the quiet months.

  • Storm and hail event targeting
  • Insurance-claim and retail funnels separated
  • Radius targeting matched to crew capacity

Flooring

High-intent estimate requests for hardwood, LVP, tile and full renovation projects. Product-specific landing pages, because someone pricing tile is not the same buyer as someone pricing carpet.

  • Material and room-type segmentation
  • In-home estimate booking flows
  • Showroom footfall campaigns where relevant

Real Estate

Buyer and seller funnels run as separate machines, listing-level ad campaigns, and retargeting sequences built for a sales cycle measured in months rather than days.

  • Seller valuation and buyer alert funnels
  • Listing and open-house campaigns
  • Long-cycle nurture and retargeting

Home Services

HVAC, remodelling, solar, windows and adjacent trades. Same targeting discipline, same call-tracking standard, adapted to each trade's seasonality and ticket size.

  • Seasonal demand modelling
  • Emergency vs planned-work funnels split
  • Ticket-size-aware bidding

Questions

Lead generation, answered

Are leads exclusive to us?

On managed accounts, yes — the campaigns run under your brand, in your service area, and every lead goes to you alone. On performance engagements we agree exclusivity, geography and volume caps in writing before launch so there is no ambiguity later.

What happens with bad leads?

You flag them, we review the call recording, and if it is out of area, out of service or clearly not a real enquiry it is credited and the targeting is adjusted. Disqualification data is one of the most useful inputs we get — it is the fastest route to a better cost per booked job.

Do we need a CRM already?

It helps, but no. If you are running on a spreadsheet and a phone we will deliver leads by SMS and email with source data attached, and set up basic tracking so the reporting still holds up. If you do have a CRM, we integrate directly.

What budget does this need to work?

Enough to produce readable data inside a two-week window in your market, which varies a lot between a rural flooring company and a metro roofing operation. Send your service area and ticket size on the contact page and we will give you a straight number rather than a package price.

Next step

Tell us how many jobs you can actually take

We build to capacity, not to a spend target. Send your service area, trade and crew capacity and we will work backwards from there.
